You should click on top the sign of the barcode in the page:

and it opens a new page where you should scan unit number (a barcode)

Once you scan the unit number, the system recognizes an item. If you select Track serial number in the process of creating a product, you are supposed to add serial number into the required field.

Condition code: the system supports if you have different types of condition code such as New, Used, Old.

Sometimes you might be receiving less or more, if you scan unite number second time, the quantity increases to 2.

Once you fill all required fields, the button "DONE" will be available to click:

Once you click this button, the quantity will be shown next to the sign of barcode.

Click the button "RECEIVE" to let the system know that you received items.
