The product is not deleted. It is giving an error message: Some stocks are not empty.

You need to check the variants to see what you have in the stock and look for the product that needs to be deleted: https://app.storfox.com/catalog/variant/list

As long as it shows On-hand quantity, you cannot delete the product.

Now we need to check units to see where they are located and look for the product that needs to be deleted from this page: https://app.storfox.com/catalog/unit/list

It might show units are still reserved for any sale order; and until status of shipment belongs to that sale order is not delivered, units are not removed from On-hand quantity.

Shipment status is showing PRE-TRANSIT means they are still in your warehouse

Open the shipment. Once you set shipment status to DELIVERED, units will be moved to archive. When there is no on hand stock, the product can be deleted.
